- What emotions am I holding myself back from feeling or expressing? and Why?
- What’s does my body need?
- Does my body need rest or a break?
- How am I feeling right now? Why?
- What is my body trying to tell me?
- Am I over working? Where in my life am I doing that?
- Am I over-giving in any area of my life?
- Where in my life am I people pleasing instead of pleasing myself?
- Where am I choosing what other people wants over what I truly want or need?
- What negative thoughts am I holding on to? Why?
- What act of love do I need to be given or shown right now? How can I give it to myself?
- What am I grateful for right now?
- What act of self love can I give/ show myself now?
- Which part of myself am I neglecting? How can I show it love? How can I be more accepting of it?
- What part of myself needs my love and attention?
- Where in my life do I need to set boundaries right now?
- What am I engaging in that is affecting my peace, happiness and mental health?
- Where do I need to take a break?
- How can I hold space, feel and express my emotions in a healthy way?
