Self care for generators by human design
Because I am a 3/5 generator by human design, I’d be sharing some
self care practices for the human design - Generators, the ones that worked for me in this blog post.
If you’re a generator by human design, these self care practices should be great for you.
1. Focus on and follow your joy I.e channel your energy in doing things that brings you joy.
2. Prioritize your excitement & joy.
3. Trust your gut and your desires.
4. Release commitments to things that have been draining your energy.
5. Stop worrying about where all your actions is all going, you don't need to know where it's all going, Your job is to simply make the right step by saying yes to what feels right for you or what feels good in your body.
6. Dance to your favourite music
7. Be sensual
8. Connect to your feminine energy and magnetism.
9. Trust your magnetism
10. Prioritize your life force energy
11. Focus on the present moment and tune into your sacral responses.
12. Say YES to what lights you and your juicy sacral up.
13. Let go of doing what you think you should do and just follow your joy and excitement.
14. Stop forcing yourself to do what you don't have the energy for.
