In this blog post I’d be sharing self care practices that works for me, you can try anyone that resonates with you.
- Connecting to my body: Learning to connect to my body through slow movement, dancing, listening to my body, trusting my body, learning to feel safe in my body are important forms of self care.
- Listening to my intuition: Listening and trusting my intuition for guidance instead of overthinking things or trying to figure everything out is self care.
- Saying no to the things that doesn’t serve me and not in alignment with my truth.
- Sensuality: Connecting to my body, my senses, being mindful, being present with life is self care.
- Gratitude: Practicing gratitude by being grateful for blessings in the present moment is self care.
- Prioritizing my mental health, physical health and we’ll being is self care.
- Practicing self acceptance and self compassion is self care.
- Setting boundaries for my protecting and safety is self care.
