Self Care 201: Self care practices you can try

In this blog post I’d be sharing self care practices that works for me, you can try anyone that resonates with you.

  1. Connecting to my body: Learning to connect to my body through slow movement, dancing, listening to my body, trusting my body, learning to feel safe in my body are important forms of self care.
  2. Listening to my intuition: Listening and trusting my intuition for guidance instead of overthinking things or trying to figure everything out is self care.
  3. Saying no to the things that doesn’t serve me and not in alignment with my truth.
  4. Sensuality: Connecting to my body, my senses, being mindful, being present with life is self care.
  5. Gratitude: Practicing gratitude by being grateful for blessings in the present moment is self care.
  6. Prioritizing my mental health, physical health and we’ll being is self care.
  7. Practicing self acceptance and self compassion is self care.
  8. Setting boundaries for my protecting and safety is self care.
